Translucent beautiful piece of Natural Omphacite Jadeite is handpicked and specially carved into a Panda pendant/ornament. Our craftsman skilfully designed and intricately carved out the “Smiley Panda” eating bamboo using matt and glossy finishings. The setting can be customised later.

Natural Omphacite Jadeite – (天然绿辉石翡翠), is commonly known as (墨翠 - mocui) in the trade. It looks black but appears to be green when light is shined through. The quality is determined by density of the light source and the amount of green that is seen under the light. A good quality does not require high density light source or have the light being shined directly under it.

On this “Smiley Panda” pendant, by using a soft light source, shinning at a distance away from it, the pendant appears to be green. This shows that the pendant is a very good quality and is absolutely deserved to be an addition to your collection or as a gift for your loved ones.
