Free Shipping
Shipping is free for all Local (Singapore) orders using reputable courier companies.
Your purchase will be processed and shipped out on the next business day (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays), once payment is received.
Once the item is shipped out, you will receive the tracking number via email notification/mobile number.
It is buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address (Block number, Unit number, Street name, Postal code) and contact number provided during the checkout are correct. We will not be liable for any delay/loss of item due to incorrect details provided. We reserve the rights to cancel any orders with incomplete details.
If no one is at the address to receive the item, it is buyer’s responsibility to follow up on the shipment with the courier company.
All items are securely packed and sealed up. Hence, we will not be liable for any loss of shipment, missing items or damaged items during shipping. However, we will provide assistance to follow up on the shipment when such situation occurs.
Local (Singapore) Shipping
Your local purchase is delivered by reputable courier companies. It will take 3 to 5 business days to reach you, tracking details will be provided.
International Express Shipping
Express shipping can be arranged via FedEx or DHL with an additional cost. Please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout.
Free shipping is provided for items value above SGD 1,000.
We will not be liable for any additional taxes/duties, or fees that may be incurred for the shipment. We are also not responsible for any delays that may occur during international shipping and customs checks, however we will provide the necessary documents to assist on the shipment.
Additional time for laboratory report
If your purchase requires a third-party laboratory report by NGI - Nanyang Gemological Institute (Singapore), there will be another 3 to 5 business days before your order is send out.
